Privacy Policy

To run your wedding's concierge, we store the data you upload (invitation PDFs, schedules, images, text), the wedding details you enter (couple names, dates, events), your account email and password (hashed), and the messages exchanged between guests and the AI.

Your data is used solely to power your wedding's AI concierge. Guest questions are answered using only your wedding's documents and details — we do not pool data across weddings.

Every wedding lives in its own private space inside our database. Queries are filtered by your wedding ID at every layer. Guests of one wedding cannot access another's information.

We use Google Gemini to generate embeddings and chat responses. Per Google's terms, your data is not used to train their models in our paid API tier. Prompts are processed in Google's secure infrastructure.

Payments are processed by Razorpay. We never see or store your card details.

We retain your wedding data while your account exists, and for 90 days after deletion to comply with payment records. You can request earlier deletion via hello@mandapchat.com.

You can export, edit, or delete your wedding data at any time from your dashboard or by emailing us. We respond within 4 hours.
